We collect account information you provide when signing up (e.g., name, email address via your authentication provider). When you connect an exchange, we use API keys you provide to execute subscribed strategies; we do not store API keys in plain text. We also collect usage data necessary to operate the Service (e.g., subscription status, strategy execution logs).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide the Service: authenticating you, managing subscriptions, executing strategies via your connected exchange APIs, and communicating with you about your account or important service updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for authentication and database storage. When you connect an exchange (e.g., via Mudrex or direct exchange APIs), those providers process data according to their own policies. We recommend reviewing their privacy practices. We only share data with third parties as necessary to operate the Service or as required by law.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for session management and to keep you logged in. These are essential for the Service to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal or operational reasons.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account data through the dashboard or by contacting us. You may withdraw consent where we rely on it, subject to our ability to continue providing the Service. Applicable law may give you additional rights (e.g., data portability, objection, restriction).
7. Security of API Keys and Data
We do not store exchange API keys in plain text. Keys are encrypted and used only for the purpose of executing your subscribed strategies. We follow industry practices to protect your data; however, no system is completely secure, and you are responsible for securing your own credentials.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and, for material changes, we may notify you via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
