1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Algo Marketplace (“Service”), operated by Aabhaan at aabhaan.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Algo Marketplace is a non-custodial algorithmic trading strategy marketplace. We do not hold your funds or execute trades on your behalf. You subscribe to strategies and connect your own exchange API keys; execution happens directly on your connected exchange. We provide the platform, strategy logic, and dashboard—you retain full control and custody of your assets.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to subscribe to strategies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a strategy, you agree to pay the stated fee until you cancel. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Refunds are at our discretion and subject to our refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Algo Marketplace platform, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Strategy names and descriptions are provided for your use in connection with the Service. You may not copy, modify, or resell the platform or strategy logic outside the Service.
6. API Key Usage and Responsibilities
You may connect exchange API keys to enable strategy execution. You are solely responsible for the security of your API keys. We use keys only as needed to execute subscribed strategies and do not store them in plain text. You must use keys with minimal required permissions (e.g., trading only, no withdrawals). We are not liable for misuse of your keys by third parties if you fail to secure them.
7. Risk Disclaimers
Cryptocurrency and derivatives trading involve substantial risk. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. Returns can be negative; you may lose some or all of your capital. Only invest what you can afford to lose. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. The Service is provided “as is” for informational and execution purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Service or any strategy. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate by cancelling subscriptions and ceasing use. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
